Abstract
The Media Development Project for the Hearing Impaired (MDPHI) is involved in the adaptation and development of instructional materials for hearing-impaired students in the areas of concept development and decision-making skills. After a comprehensive search and an extensive materials review, four products were selected for adaptation and two for development. In order to provide thorough evaluation data, all products have been sent out for teacher product review and field testing.
