Cinema with Tits (Spain, 1998)
Abstract

In this highly ironic manifesto, Spanish filmmaker Icíar Bollaín, director of Te doy mis ojos (Take My Eyes, Spain, 2003) and También la lluvia (Even the Rain, Spain, 2010) argues against the very notion of a women’s cinema, challenging some of the paradigms of feminist film theory and claiming that the cinema ought to be judged without any recourse to the gender of the filmmaker.
