Notes on Contributors Willibroad Dze-Ngwa (PhD) is senior lecturer/researcher in Geopolitics, Political History and International Relations, American Politics and Political Thought, Peace and Conflict Studies at the University of Yaounde I and at the Department of Peace and Development Studies of the Protestant University of Central Africa (UPAC) Cameroon; the School for International Training (SIT) Cameroon. He is the current President of Africa for Research in Comparative Education (AFRICE) Societies. Dze-Ngwa is a member in many scholarly organizations like Africa Network against Illiteracy, Conflicts and Human Rights Abuse (ANICHRA), Educational Research Network for West and Central Africa (ERNWACA); and the International Group for the Right of Education.
