Tangie Nsoh Fonchingong holds a PhD in political science from the State University of New York at Buffalo. He was lecturer and pedagogic Adviser in the National School of Administration and Magistracy- Yaounde, Cameroon before joining the University of Buea-Cameroon in 1993. He headed that university’s Department of Political Science and Public Administration from 2005 to 2009 and he is currently a senior lecturer there.
