Part of the Kingsbury Run bordered by Woodland avenue and Broadway. James Wagner and Peter Kostura found the bodies of Edward W. andrassy and victim no. 2 at the base of Jackass Hill near East 49th on September 23, 1935. The second set turned up on the north side of the Orange avenue-Broadway intersection on February 7. Russell Lauer found the skeletal remains of victim no. 8 under the Lorain-Carnegie Bridge just west of the Cuyahoga River on June 6, 1937. The weeklong search for pieces of victim no. 9 began in the Cuyahoga River on July 6, 1937, under the West 3rd St. Bridge and extended north to Lake Erie. The first piece of victim no. 10 turned up at the base of Superior avenue in the Cuyahoga on april 8, 1938; police recovered more of her body from the river on May 2.
