Menahem Salih Daniel Menahem Daniel (1846–1940) was one of the most prominent leaders of the Jewish community in Baghdad. He served in the Ottoman Parliament and was in the Iraqi Senate from 1925 to 1940. In the first half of the twentieth century, he was one of the highest-ranking Jewish politicians in the Arab Middle East.
