Ranger losses to Mexican forces during the Texas Revolution, such as Lieutenant George Kimble’s Gonzales rangers killed at the Alamo, are not included. Likewise, the two men wounded in Captain Deaf Smith’s 1837 Laredo fight with Mexican cavalrymen are not listed.
