Bibliography Underground newspapers Nearly all of these papers are included in the Bell and Howell Underground Newspaper Collection, which consists of sixty-eight rolls of microfilm and covers hundreds of titles beyond those cited in this book. Rolling Stone is not included in Bell and Howell; I used a complete run in the hands of a private collector. In a very few cases I owned personal file copies of specific issues of papers that had been omitted from Bell and Howell.
