One of the most rewarding aspects of this project was learning what a giving and supportive community of researchers exists regarding the British Army during the period of the American Revolution.Todd Braisted provided information about those men who served as provincial officers, as well as other links and leads. John Houlding was extremely gracious in responding to a variety of inquiries and pleas for assistance. Paul Pace provided a great deal of information about the officers who had also served in the 42nd (Royal Highland) Regiment of Foot.
