I owe a lot of my productivity to the FOCI Writers’ Group at the University of Minnesota. I am so glad we pulled it together, and that we’re still going strong two years later. When I get writers’ block, it’s good to know folks are counting on me to set up our writing space so we can all get motivated. Many thanks and hugs to Mary Vavrus for reading early drafts of the Parenthood chapters, and for well-timed family dinners and venting sessions. I owe you, sister, and can’t wait for your next book to drop! I received valuable feedback on the news chapter when I visited the Rhetorical Studies Group at the University of Illinois.
