Although it would be impossible in this limited space to recognize everyone who has aided me in the completion of this project, I feel compelled to mention several of the most important. First of all, my wife, Drlynn, helped motivate me to finish the work and always showed the understanding essential for someone living with an individual compiling a work of this size. Secondly, both my son John, who was born while I was in the process of putting words to paper, and my son Alex have provided me with the inspiration I needed to put the finishing touches on this book.
