Many were incomplete or in a foreign language and have been reconstructed if possible. The editor does not assume responsibility for incomplete or incorrect information given in each entry. Many of the biographies were found through research in other published sources and made to fit into these guidelines. Some completed questionnaires were received too late for admittance to the listing.
