Reginald C. Stuart is an Assistant Professor of History at the University of Prince Edward Island. News Notes The Review is one of the 526 English language periodicals whose articlesfrom their first volumes through the end of 1974-have been indexed in the Combined_ Retrospective Index Sets (C RJS), published by the Carrollton Press.
