In Martinique, Rehvana spends her days in domestic industriousness. Distinctly in touch with the earth and it’s natural offerings, she harvests from her garden, cooks extensive meals and bathes in a cistern populated with variously sized toads. Her lover Enryck is often absent and she longs for the warmth of another body.
