Donna M. DeBlasio is professor of history, director of the Center for Applied History at Youngstown State University, and coeditor of Ohio History.

Kevin F. Kern is an associate professor of history at the University of Akron. He specializes in Ohio history and is coauthor of the book Ohio: A History of the Buckeye State (2014).

Carol Lasser is professor of history and director of gender, sexuality, and feminist studies at Oberlin College.
