CONTRIBUTORS TO THIS ISSUE LAURENCE BINYON, C.H., distinguished both IlS a poet and as a critIc, retired in 1933 from his post as Keeper of Prints and Drawings in the British Museum. C. HARTLEY GRATTAN is the author, among other works, of Why "p~ Fought (1929) and Prefau 10 Chaos (1936). STACEY, a graduate of the University, is an instructor in History at Princeton University nnd the author of Catlada lind the British Arm~ 1816-1871 (1936).
