Déclarée « l’Année des Fransaskois » par le gouvernement de la Saskatchewan, l’année 2012 marque le centenaire de la fondation du premier organisme politique francophone en Saskatchewan. Cette note de recherche trace l’évolution du projet politique fransaskois au cours des derniers cent ans. En évoquant les revendications des Fransaskois dans le domaine de l’éducation, ce recensement historique met en évidence comment « les bâtisseurs », c’est-à-dire les leaders de la communauté, contribuent à l’épanouissement de la communauté fransaskoise.
Declared "the Year of the Fransaskois" by the Government of Saskatchewan, the year 2012 marks the centennial of the foundation of the first francophone political organization in Saskatchewan. This research note traces the evolution of the fransaskois political project during the last one hundred years. By recalling the claims of the Fransaskois community in the field of education, this historic inventory highlights how "the builders"—the leaders of the community—contribute to the ongoing flourishing of the Fransaskois community.
