Please note that in the review of Maureen Lux, Medicine That Walks: Disease, Medicine, and Canadian Plains People, 1880-1940 (Toronto: University of Toronto Press 2001), that appeared in the September 2003 issue and in the December 2003 index of the Canadian Historical Review, Professor Lux's name was cited incorrectly.
