Lora Leigh Chrystal is associate director of the Program for Women in Science and Engineering at Iowa State University where she has focused on recruitment and retention issues for women in STEM for the past 13 years. She is currently a PhD candidate in educational leadership and policy studies at Iowa State University.

Danielle De La Mare is an assistant professor of speech and communication in the Department of Communication and Visual Arts at the University of Michigan-Flint.

Ann Gansemer-Topf is an assistant professor in higher education at Iowa State University. Her research areas of interest include assessment of student learning, student success, educational policy related to strategic enrollment management, and effective teaching/learning pedagogies.

Justin Gregg is the manager of research at TriHealth, Inc., in Cincinnati, Ohio, and also serves as an adjunct professor of statistics and research methods at the University of Cincinnati, where he is also pursuing his PhD in quantitative methodology.
