1I rake the leaves that fallfrom the tree of knowledge.
2Once, in a darkness so deep,I set the page on firefor light enough to read.
3I knew a girl who sworethe rusted tailpipeskittering down the road,sparks and blue smoke,was the finger of Godscratching once moreagainst this world's hard stone.
