Contents SLS 1991 With this special issue we complete the twentieth year of continuous publication of Sign Language Studies. Librarians and bibliographers will note that because of the change from semiannual publication (1972-1974) to quarterly in 1975, volume and page numbering departs from the usual practice: Issue numbers are serial, with page numbering continuous throughout avolume, and volumes are identified not by number but by the year published. Because of the extra length of this issue, the above list of contents is supplied instead of an annual index. The March 1992 issue will include a cumulative index: 1972-1991. Errata The Editor apologizes: to Joan Kwek (SLS 71, 143-160) for misspelling her name inthe Table of Contents and on the back cover of the Summer Issue; and to Sara Schley (SLS 72, 277-296) for a mistaken printing of her first name inthe Table of Contents and on the back cover of the Fall Issue.
