Marc-William Palen is a lecturer at Tufts University and a research associate in U.S. foreign policy at the U.S. Studies Centre, University of Sydney.

Joy M. Giguere is assistant professor of history at Ivy Tech Community College in Fort Wayne, Indiana. She earned her PhD in history at the University of Maine at Orono in 2009.

Enrico Dal Lago is lecturer in American history at the National University of Ireland, Galway.
