Best Feminist Essay Award

Best Feminist Essay Award Kay Stanton of California State University, Fullerton, is the 1989 recipient ofthe RMMLA Women's Caucus "Best Feminist Essay" award. She will receive $25, funded by the MLA Women's Caucus, for her essay "Razing the Women from the American Dream of Death of a Salesman," which was presented at the fall convention in Las Vegas in the Special Topics Section, "Writing the Female in the Western Tradition." Persons interested in entering this contest, which is held each fall immediately after the RMMLA conference, should submit a paper they have read at the conference.
