ANNOUNCEMENTS The Newberry Library Center for Renaissance Studies is seeking essays for the 1992 volume of Renaissance Drama, which will focus on "Renaissance Drama in an Age of Colonization." Chronological and geographical limits of the Renaissance are interpreted broadly. Essays are encouraged that explore the relationship of Renaissance dramatic traditions to their precursors and successors; have an interdisciplinary orientation; explore the relationship of the drama to society and history; and examine the impact of new forms of interpretation on the study ofRenaissance plays. Manuscripts should conform to the most recent MLA Style Manual. The deadline for submissions is January 15, 1992.
