Weng Cuifen
Weng Cuifen (eaiwengc@nus.edu.sg) is a Research Assistant at the East Asian Institute, National University of Singapore. She has a Master of Arts in political science from the National University of Singapore. Her primary research interests cover the history and transformation of China’s public administration and the making and implementation of public policy in China. Her ongoing interests are central-local relations, administrative reforms and urban-rural integration in contemporary China.
