Brian Folker is an associate professor at Central Connecticut State University. His other work has appeared in ELH and Studies in Romanticism.
Edward Lybeer is a doctoral candidate in the Program in Comparative Literature and Literary Theory at the University of Pennsylvania. He is currently completing a dissertation on U.S. and Mexican modernisms.
Benjamin Cooper is a lecturer in English and the Center for Humanities at Washington University in St. Louis. His current book project traces the rise of soldier-authors from the early republic through Reconstruction.
Rebecca Skidmore Biggio is an independent scholar, teacher, activist, writer, and mother. She holds a B.A. from Virginia Tech, an M.A. from the University of North Carolina, and a Ph.D. from West Virginia University.
Sarah Campbell received her Ph.D. from SUNY Buffalo and works in eLearning for McKinsey and Company. Her recent poetry chapbook is Everything We Could Ask For (Little Read Leaves Press, 2010).
Doreen Fowler, Professor of English at the University of Kansas, is the author of Faulkner: The Return of the Repressed. She has published in American Literature, Modern Fiction Studies, Journal of Modern Literature and others. She has just finished a study of liminal figures in the cultural production of identities.
Katie Owens-Murphy is a Ph.D. candidate at Penn State University focusing on modern and contemporary American fiction and narrative theory. Her dissertation examines the confluence of lyric and narrative forms in 20th- and 21st-century American literature. [End Page 179]
