Annual General Meeting
The 128th Annual General Meeting was held on 28 June 2009 at Badan Warisan Malaysia, 2 Jalan Stonor, Kuala Lumpur. Y.Bhg. Tun Mohammed Hanif bin Omar, the President of the Society, presided at the meeting and 16 members of the Society were present.

Gomez & Co. were re-appointed Auditors for the year 2009. Messrs Mazars, formerly Moores Rowland were re-appointed the Society's Accountants.
Note 1. Resigned on January 2010 on his employment in the Society's office.
Note 2. Dr. Neil Khor was appointed Honorary Secretary to succeed Datuk Haji Burhanuddin on 19 December 2009.
It is with greatest regret that we report the demise of Datuk Haji Burhanuddin. He had served with distinction on the Council of the society since 1993/1994 as Honorary Secretary. We extend our condolences to his family.
At the last AGM Datin Patricia Lim Pui Huen stood down from Council, having served as Honorary Review Editor and Vice-President since the early 1980s. We place on record our warmest appreciation to her for her long service.
