Starr, Director of the Cincinnati Historical Society , is currently at work on a history of cavalry operations during the Civil War. John S. Rosenberg, assistant professor of history at Bucknell University, is a visiting fellow in the department of history at Princeton. He is completing a study of the southern strategy of the American Left during the 1930s. Phillip S.
