Erratum.The following appendix was inadvertently left out of the article, Family-Centered Early Intervention: The Perceptions of Professionals, by Jackson Roush, Melody Harrison, and Sharon Palsha, which appeared in the October 1991 issue (Vol. 136, pp. 360-366). Appendix On items 1-8, survey respondents were asked to rate each statement according to its level of importance along three dimensions: Teacher Training Program The importance as reflected by their own training program Current Employment Emphasis The importance based on the expectations of their current employers Personal Opinion The importance based on their personal opinions For each of these dimensions, responses were indicated using a Likert scale (0 = not important, 1 = slightly important, 2 = moderately important, 3 ~ very important).
