Tinting and toning at Pathé: The Jacques Mayer notebook

Jacques Mayer was a protégé of Charles Pathé and an executive at the Pathé Cinema's Joinville facility. A notebook which he kept from the late 'teens through 1927 documents Pathé's laboratory operations, with special attention given to colour processes. Three pages of tinting and toning formulae are reproduced.
