Jack was a boi who also went to The games and who liked Zamboni machines. “Ice, Ice, winter, ice,” is what he’d Tell everyone between hands. One day Richard and Jack Went to see the Ice-capades, Then high-tailed it over to a Hockey game. Jack was in His glory, and expressed deep Gratitude to Richard for taking Him. Richard loved Jack, In a completely friendly kind Of way, and they were happy. Richard bought Jack a Zamboni Machine for his birthday, And Jack built an ice-rink In his yard. In the winter, he Made ice sculptures of exotic Plants and gave them to Richard, Which Richard kept until they Melted. One night at a bridge Game, someone asked Jack What he did for a living. “Ice, Ice, winter, ice” is all he’d say. Richard interjected, “Jack’s love [End Page 188] For all things frozen touches Me.
