Ronald Wesley Hoag teaches at East North Carolina University. He has previously published on Faulkner in the South Atlantic Review and on a wide number of other American novelists in various other journals.

Jeffrey Meyers, who is surely no stranger to readers of MFS, has written voluminously on Lawrence in a variety of places, including D. H. Lawrence and the Experience of Italy and his forthcoming The Legacy of D. H. Lawrence. He has also edited D. H. Lawrence and Tradition.

Michael Valdez Moses is studying at the University of Virginia. His essay on the Cuban novelist Alejo Carpentier appeared in Latin American Literary Review.

Joseph Sawicki is Associate Professor and Vice-Chair of the Department of English and Comparative Literature at California State University, Fullerton.
