Bella Brodzki is a member of the Literature Faculty of Sarah Lawrence College. She is Co-Editor (with Celeste Schenck) of Life: Lines, Theorizing Women's Autobiography (1988) and author of an article in Modern Language Notes.

Brian Conniff teaches at the University of Dayton. He is author of The Lyric and Modern Poetry (1988) and has also published in Twentieth Century Literature.

Judith Farr is Professor of English at Georgetown University. She is author of The Life and Art of Elinor Wylie (1983), editor of Twentieth Century Interpretations of "Sons and Lovers," and has also published in American Literature and Victorian Institute Journal as well as elsewhere.

Beverly J. Jones is a high school teacher of English with 27 years of experience in Arizona, Colorado, Illinois, and New Jersey, where she currently teaches.

Gary Scharnhorst, a former MFS Editorial Assistant and occasional reviewer, is Co-Editor of American Literary Realism 1870-1910 and Associate Professor English and American Studies at the University of New Mexico.
