Laurance S. Rockefeller Visiting Fellowships

The University Center for Human Values Princeton University

The Univeristy Center for Human Values invites applications for Laurance S. Rockfeller Visiting Fellowships. Several Fellowships will be awarded for the academic year 2000–2001 to outstanding teachers and scholars who are interested in devoting a year in residence at Princeton to writing about ethics and human values.

Fellows participate in various activities of the University Center, including faculty-graduate seminars, colloquia, and public lectures. Fellowships extend from September through May. Applicants are expected to have a doctorate or a professional post-graduate degree and cannot be in the process of writing a dissertation. The deadline for receipt of applications is Monday, December 6, 1999.

The University Center for Human Values invites applications for a Laurance S. Rockefeller University Professorship from distinguished scholars and teachers, whatever their home discipline, whose scholarship and teaching is devoted explicitly and in significant measure to ethical and evaluative issues.
