Kate Meagher
Kate Meagher is a British Academy Postdoctoral Fellow at the African Studies Centre, University of Oxford. Her research focuses on African informal economies and social networks; she is currently working on informal manufacturing and vigilantism in south-eastern Nigeria. During the 1990s, she was for six years a lecturer in rural sociology at Ahmadu Bello University in Nigeria.
