Call for Papers: Women in Philosophy: Socio-Political Aspects of their Contribution to Dialogue. Papers may cover a broad range of ideas on the subject of women in philosophy. Therefore, we encourage philosophical discourse in the fields of ethics, politics, metaphysics, pragmatism, etc., on such women as Hannah Arendt, Simone de Beauvoir, Princess Elizabeth of Bohemia, and Julia Kristeva. Papers are to be approximately 10-15 pg., double-spaced, with endnotes sequentially numbered and gathered at the end of the paper. Authors should refer to The Chicago Manual of Style for parenthetical citations, etc. Submissions should include two copies of the manuscript to be reviewed and a 3.5 IBM/PC formatted diskette with a copy of the manuscript in Word or Wordperfect 6.0 (or an older version). The deadline for submission is Aug. 15, 1999. Graduate students only, please.
