Stephen A. Borrelli is an Associate Professor of Political Science at the University of Alabama, Tuscaloosa. His current collaborative research with Terry Royed concerns the fulfillment of party platform pledges. He has also co-authored work on presidential-congressional relations, congressional leadership, congressional turnover, and redistricting.
William Lowry is an Associate Professor of Political Science at Washington University in St. Louis. He received his Ph.D. In 1988 from Stanford University. He is the author of three books and numerous articles.
Rosemary Nossiff is the author of Before Roe: Abortion Policy in the States Her articles on abortion policy have appeared in PS and PSJ. She teaches American Government at Yeshiva University.
