Coleman Hutchison is a doctoral candidate in the Department of English at Northwestern University. He is currently at work on a dissertation entitled "Revision, Reunion, and the American Civil War Text."

Michelle Kohler is a Ph.D. candidate in the English department at the University of Oregon. Her dissertation is a study of visual metaphors and their intensified link to conceptualizations of the literary imagination within nineteenth-century American literature.

Tim Morris is Professor of English at the University of Texas at Arlington. His recent essays and reviews appear in The American Scholar, English Studies Forum, Wilson Quarterly, and Best Food Writing 2004.
