JoAnn Jacoby and Mary S. Laskowski, "Measurement and Analysis of Electronic Reserve Usage: Toward a New Path in Online Library Service Assessment." Figure 3 (page 225) and Figure 5 (page 227) are each missing Chi Square symbols in the figure captions.
