Project MUSE provides catalog record sets for MUSE titles in MARC21 format and created using AACR2 cataloging rules. MUSE is grateful for the help provided by the libraries that evaluated a sample set of the records prior to the release of the full sets. The records sets are designed to meet the needs of a variety of libraries. MUSE recognizes that institutions may edit the records to fit their unique local needs.

• Record sets for each of the collections contain metadata for titles now online in MUSE.
• Updates to record sets will contain metadata for title additions to each collection and updates to existing MARC records.
